Use the right term on Nayanmarkal

Todays Malaysia Nanban-page 5, published a promo-titled Malaysia Hindu Sangam Tirumurai Othum Vizha with the picture of the Chairman. Its good that organisations promote their activities in the newspaper so that public are aware of the happenings. We encourage all NGO's and temples put up their activities in the newspaper- to promote and create awarenes among Hindu community on their current activities so public can participate and contribute towards for a noble course.

BUT when you do the write-up on the activity, make sure you use the right term for the particular activity as it reflects the truth and belief we have on religion and culture. Todays write up was not what we expect from an Hindu organisation. It says" NAALVAR SILAIKALODU, PANNERU TIRUMURAI PUTTAKATHUDAN AALAYAITAI VALAM VANTU.."

Devotees involved in religious activities should be more careful when use the term "NAALVAR"-it should be NAALVAR THIRUURUVANGULUDAN or THIRUMURTHANGULADUN" and 'PANNERU THIRUMURAI NOOLKALUDUN or "AGAMANGALUDUN". It our duty to bring the best of our religion to the public and introduced the "right term/words" which really tells the true picture of the Great Nayanmarkal.

I hope others can follow this simple but meaningful words for their upcoming activities.

May Siva bless every soul in the world.

Sambanthar's Tiruneriya Tamil

Vanakkam. It nice to start back blog again after some gap due to official positional status.

I have chosen Tiruneriya Tamil as the blogs name as it carries Nyanasambanthar's visionary Tamil that pervades in the mind of Tamil society in 7-8 AD century but also it was most liken and cherished by Siva Himself.

It's the just begin of many more good values of our great Nayanmarkal can be brought to the eyes of public to learn and respect the beautiful life with Siva and Saivism.

Hope to see more people share with me and with others.

May Siva blesses every soul in the world.
